Arts Factory No more throw-away people

Arts Factory provides high quality managed workspace for other companies and organisations who appreciate our flexibility and commitment to customer care.  Some of our customers choose to make an ongoing commitment to rent workspace from us, and some choose to rent space from us on a sessional basis, as and when they need it.

We currently have high quality office and meeting space available to rent at our flagship community building, Trerhondda, which is prominently situated on the high street in Ferndale. We also have office space, and secure workshop space, available to rent at our Highfield Industrial Estate site.

Companies, organisations and individuals who rent workspace from Arts Factory benefit from the high standard of customer service provided by our dedicated team who are on hand to deal with issues as they arise. We are able to provide a greeting and messaging service if required, and provide additional services like buffets and refreshments when needed. Our community at facility Trerhondda, CF43 4LY is the prominent building on Ferndale’s townscape and is already used by hundreds of local people each week, providing a great base for any organisation wishing to engage with the local community. Our premises at Highfield Industrial Estate, CF43 4SX, benefits from ample off-street parking.

Our rental terms are flexible and negotiable, with customers able to rent dedicated workspace on an ongoing basis or just a room when it’s needed.

Some of our satisfied customers include: Studio 21, play-write Frank Vickery, Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council, Citizens Adivce Bureau, Youth Offending Service and various Community Groups.
