Arts Factory provide a number of services from their Trerhondda premises.

CITIZENS ADVICE BUREAU

The Citizen Advice Bureau operate a weekly session to the public from Trerhondda every Wednesday afternoon. There are only 3 appointments available and they are often pre-booked in advance to avoid disappointment. To secure an appointment please telephone the Customer Care team on 01443 757954.

RECYCLYING BAGS, DOGGIE WASTE BAGS & BATTERY BAGS

Arts Factory are an outreach resource centre for the distribution of recycling bags, doggie waste bags and battery bags. Following enquiries we have contacted the council about food waste bags but have been told that as not all Ferndale householders have the Waste Containers the waste bags are not being made available for general distribution.

JOB CENTRE - JOB POINTS

Inside the main reception area at Trerhondda are 2 Job Point Portals. The nearest other Job Points are located in the Job Centres in Porth, Tonypandy and Aberdare. These Job Points enable local people to search for employment on a daily basis. There is also a telephone available free of charge to contact the various departments to answer any queries.

FAX & LAMINATING SERVICES

These services are available at a £1 charge.
