Arts Factory's staff are supported by a team of volunteers who are committed to building a stronger community.
Volunteers help to:
• Plan and carry out community events
• Run our Social Enterprises
• Operate parent/toddler playgroups
• Contribute ideas
• Run our Youth Programme
• Publicise our programme
• Early Years
Our volunteers benefit from:
• Self-improvement courses
• Work experience
• The chance to learn new skills in a safe and supportive environment
Volunteers of all ages are invited to apply for positions at Arts Factory. If potential volunteers are youth aged
16 - 25, we encourage them to come to Arts Factory through the Millennium Volunteers scheme. Awards are given for 50, 100 and 200 hours of volunteer service. Volunteering at Arts Factory via the Millennium scheme makes young volunteers eligible for reimbursement of certain expenses associated with volunteering, such as travel to and from placement, some childcare costs and in some cases lunch and refreshments.

If you are interested or have any questions about volunteering at Arts Factory, please ring Lisa Wills or Bill Daniel on 01443 757 954.
