NEW DIRECTORS NEEDED!

Arts Factory are looking for new directors who would like to make a stronger connection with their community.

Arts Factory is a ‘not for profit’ organisation based in Ferndale in the Rhondda Valleys. Our main purpose is to change the lives of the most marginalised people in our local community and throughout the Rhondda.  In order to do this we operate three social enterprises. We are looking to recruit strong Directors to help steer the Company forward and require expertise in the following areas.

FINANCE – Work alongside the Head of Operations to help understand and advise on Company finances.

BUSINESS GROWTH – Help grow the organisation and advise on the existing enterprises and help create a business plan for the future.

FUNDING – Help and advise on funding strategies.
